Reservations
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Modification and cancellation conditions vary according to the rate and booking conditions selected. Please contact our reservations department by e-mail for further information about your stay.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm and check-out before 12:00 pm.
Is it possible to arrive earlier?
Depending on availability, early check-in may be possible on request. If your room is not yet ready, we can of course store your luggage at Reception so that you can make the most of your day.
Do you offer late check-out?
Yes, you can contact Reception to request a delayed check-out, subject to availability. A supplement of 50 % of the nightly rate will be charged.
Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
Yes, our Reception is open 24 hours a day to assist you at all times during your stay.
Do you offer a concierge service?
Yes, our concierge service is at your disposal to help you organize your stay and answer all your questions.

Some of our rooms have private balconies or terraces. We invite you to consult the details of each room category or contact our team to choose the accommodation that best suits your needs.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the hotel and in the rooms.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with air conditioning to guarantee optimum comfort throughout your stay.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, the hotel has connecting rooms, ideal for families and friends. We recommend that you contact our team when booking to check availability.
Do you offer cots or extra beds?
Yes, cots and extra beds can be provided on request and at an extra charge, subject to availability.

What time is breakfast served?
Buffet breakfast is served from 7:00am to 10:30am in the PASEO restaurant and on the terrace. A continental breakfast can also be served in your room from 7:00 to 11:00.
Do I need to make a reservation at PASEO?
Reservations are recommended to guarantee a table, especially in high season. However, it is not obligatory and we will be happy to welcome you according to availability.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, we can accommodate all dietary requirements and special requests. We invite you to contact our team in advance of your visit to discuss any special requirements you may have.
Is PASEO open to outside customers?
Yes, the PASEO restaurant is open to both hotel guests and external visitors.
Do you organize parties or events?

Where is the hotel located?
The hotel is located at 19 avenue Georges Gallice, in Antibes Juan-les-Pins, in the heart of Cap d'Antibes, in a privileged setting on the Mediterranean coast.
Do you offer valet parking?
Yes, valet parking is available to facilitate your arrival and stay.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport or train station?
The hotel is just 5 minutes from Juan-les-Pins train station, 10 minutes from Antibes train station and around 30 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur airport.
We can also arrange private transfers on request to facilitate your arrival.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, the hotel offers parking, available for €30 per day.
Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the hotel is accessible to people with reduced mobility to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.
